- DISABILITY PERSONS – with a disability certificate – a discount ticket.Persons with a disability certificate to a significant extent – a discount ticket, the carer enters the premises free of charge.
- Children under 4 – FREE ADMISSION. Children under the age of 4 are considered children born in 2015 and younger. Children up to 4 years old are considered children born not earlier than in 2015.

- On the basis of the online ticket sales regulations of the Bałtów Tourist Complex, the Organizer informs that in accordance with art. 38 item 12 of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Dz. U. /Journal of Laws/ of 2014, item 827), the User is not entitled to withdraw from the agreement in accordance with art. 27 of the aforementioned Act.
- Accessibility of attractions in the Bałtów Tourist Complex depends on weather conditions.
- The tickets are valid all day. The duration of stay on the premises is limited only by the working hours.
- The tickets can be used from April 19, 2019 to September 30, 2019.
- Attention! Chairlift is open only at weekends in good weather conditions.

We do not return money for unused attractions also due to bad weather, sudden technical failure and limited capacity of given attractions.
